Support contact details are being finalized before launch. In the meantime, the answers below cover device permissions, connected apps and local data.

A few useful answers

Why is a permission-dependent feature unavailable?

Open iPhone Settings, find Aroa, and check the permission needed for that feature. In Aroa, also check its iPhone access settings. Calendar, reminders, contacts, microphone and location access are controlled separately.

How do I disconnect an external app?

Open Aroa’s settings, choose External apps and disconnect the relevant service. You can also revoke Aroa’s access in that service’s account settings.

How do I remove saved information?

Delete conversations in History and imported files in Documents. Saved memories are separate; ask Aroa to forget the information and check the result. For server-held usage records, use the privacy request instructions below.

Does local voice work on every iPhone?

It depends on your iPhone, supported language, available on-device models and system settings. Aroa’s Local voice settings show availability for your device.

Does the demo make real bookings or send messages?

No. The stories on this website use illustrative content. Scrolling does not connect to your accounts or perform actions.

How do I manage an Apple subscription?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles subscription management and applicable App Store refund requests.

Privacy and deletion requests

Read the Privacy Policy for information about local storage, cloud voice and connected services. A contact for privacy and deletion requests will be published before launch.

Removing the app’s local data does not automatically remove usage records held by the backend or data stored by connected providers.
