Using Aroa

These terms cover the Aroa website and services operated by Aroa. The iPhone app’s licence is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a different licence is presented with the app. These terms do not reduce rights you have under consumer law.

Use Aroa only where you are legally able to do so and only with accounts, content and services you are authorized to access.

Your assistant, your decisions

Aroa can help retrieve information and carry out tasks through features and services you enable. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important information and review recipients, dates, prices and other details before approving an action.

Aroa is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on it as your only way to complete a time-sensitive or critical task.

Connected accounts and actions

You choose which iPhone permissions and external services to connect. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing approvals before sending messages, changing events or making commitments.

Availability depends on device support, permissions, provider access, connectivity and the version of Aroa you use. The website’s demonstrations illustrate use cases; they are not live transactions or a promise that every shown workflow is available in every release.

Plans and purchases

Any paid plan, allowance, price and renewal terms must be shown before you purchase. App Store purchases and subscriptions are managed through your Apple account under Apple’s applicable purchase terms. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your iPhone’s subscription settings; uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription.

This website does not collect payment details or take payments.

Your content and acceptable use

You keep your rights to the content you provide. You allow Aroa and the services you enable to process that content as needed to respond to your requests and provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not use Aroa for unlawful activity, to invade someone’s privacy, to send abusive content, or to bypass security or service limits. Do not submit content you lack permission to share.

Availability and responsibility

We may update, change or withdraw features, and third-party services may become unavailable. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that an automated action will always succeed. Check the reported outcome of important actions.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or takes away mandatory consumer protections.
